We are currently looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established main contractor on site in Paddington, working on a high-quality new build residential development. The scheme comprises two remaining blocks of reinforced concrete frame construction with brick cladding, with a build programme running for approximately 12 months. This is a site-based role, five days a week, offering hands-on involvement and the opportunity to work closely with the project delivery team on a flagship development. Our Commercial Team, supporting the successful United Utilities account, is looking for a motivated and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join us. You ll play a key role in delivering commercial and contractual duties, supporting operational teams and ensuring full compliance with Avove s values and processes. Your focus will be on maximising contractual entitlement and ensuring the commercial success of each project.
