Senior Quantity Surveyor Pre-Construction & Construction Commercial to Residential Conversion 100 Apartments North West Permanent We are working in partnership with a well-capitalised property developer who is about to commence a substantial commercial-to-residential conversion delivering 100 high-quality apartments in the North West. This is a key commercial appointment covering pre-construction and full construction delivery , taking responsibility for cost planning, procurement strategy, subcontract management, and ongoing commercial oversight on site. This role will suit a commercially astute QS who enjoys end-to-end project involvement , understands refurbishment and conversion risk, and can lead the commercial management throughout the project lifecycle.
