Quantity Surveyor - Facilities Management Location: Warrington (Hybrid working available) Contract: Permanent Salary: 40,000- 60,000 per annum + car / car allowance benefits (DOE) About the Role We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our Facilities Management team based in Warrington. The role will provide commercial and cost management support across a diverse FM portfolio, including planned and reactive maintenance, lifecycle works, and refurbishment projects. You will play a key role in ensuring contracts are delivered efficiently, compliantly, and within budget, working closely with operational teams, clients, and supply chain partners.
