Job Title: Assistant Quantity Surveyor Location: Wolverhampton / Midlands, UK Up to £45,000 + £3,500 car allowance, bonus scheme, private pension scheme and healthcare The Role To provide commercial and contractual support across construction projects, helping ensure they are procured, monitored and delivered to achieve budget, programme and quality targets. You will assist the commercial team with measurement, valuation, reporting and contract administration. Key Responsibilities Liaise with project teams to place sub-contract trade orders and maintain accurate contractual records. Assist in preparing and reviewing the Project Execution Plan (PEP), cost value reports and cost forecasts. Support timely preparation and submission of valuations, notices and payment applications in line with the Construction Act.
