The Opportunity We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor/ Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our small but ambitious Yorkshire team as the region continues to grow. The Yorkshire business currently has two live developments with a combined turnover of 11m in 2025, with plans to expand to six schemes and a 30m turnover by 2028. This is an excellent opportunity to play a hands-on role within a growing regional business, contributing to pricing, tendering, and the commercial delivery of new affordable housing developments across Yorkshire.
