QUANTITY SURVEYOR/ COST MANAGER - LEEDS - OUTSIDE IR35 & LONG TERM One of our clients is looking for a Quantity Surveyor/ Cost Manager for a project based in Leeds for a major civil engineering company on a sustainability/ water project. Main duties include reporting to the programme commercial manager, taking lead on the monthly commercial reporting cycle, administering the change control process and supporting the monthly payment applications. The right person must have a minimum of 5 years experience working on major design and construction projects and hold a relevant professional certification (such as QS, construction or engineering). Commercial experience on infrastructure projects is preferred but not essential. Long term contract and top day rate on offer outside IR35.
