Rubicon Consulting is currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor on a 6 month rolling contract based in Stafford Hybrid (Site). To support the commercial management of infrastructure projects, ensuring effective cost control, accurate financial reporting, and proper subcontract administration. Key Responsibilities Prepare and manage interim valuations and final accounts. Produce accurate cost reports and forecasts. Monitor project budgets and identify commercial risks and opportunities. Administer subcontractor packages, including payments, variations, and change control. Support procurement activities and commercial negotiations as required. Requirements Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within infrastructure projects. Strong understanding of commercial management and cost control processes.
