Our client is seeking a Full-Time Class 3 Registered Building Inspector to work as a Building Control Surveyor. This contract role, offered for up to 12 months, will support higher-risk residential building remediation and enforcement activity, including cases involving unsafe cladding and external wall system defects. The role will strengthen the Council's technical capacity to inspect, assess and progress the remediation of higher-risk buildings.
