Our Commercial Team, supporting the successful United Utilities account, is looking for a motivated and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join us. You ll play a key role in delivering commercial and contractual duties, supporting operational teams and ensuring full compliance with Avove s values and processes. Your focus will be on maximising contractual entitlement and ensuring the commercial success of each project. This is a full time, Fixed-Term for 12 months covering maternity leave with hybrid working split between home and our Warrington office. What will your day look like Support the Commercial Team to ensure full compliance with Avove systems, processes and procedures. Work to strict deadlines required under the contract and by Avove. Monitor and report on the financial performance of assigned contracts. Assist in establishing suitable construction contracts aligned with procurement needs.
