Interim Building Surveyor - Diagnostics Based in London, hybrid working & Inside IR35 Length: 3 months We're seeking an interim Diagnostics Surveyor to ensure that the council are compliant with Awaab's Law and ensure that all inspections are carried out within the 10 day statutory time frames. This will include the assessment of condensation cases and drafting reports for presentation to the High Value Repair Panel.
