Based in the Heart of Wales around the Newtown/Welshpool area the post will work alongside an established team of registered building inspectors carrying out the full range of restricted activities and functions relating to building regulations and enforcement . The post will also be responsible for administering dangerous structures and demolition notices in the area. What we are looking for : A registered building inspector with a minimum class 2A/2B licence for both plan checking and site inspection .
