Proven ability in delivering pre-contract and procurement activities. Sound knowledge of the Public Procurement Act 2023 and public sector procurement compliance requirements. Experienced in tender evaluation, commercial assessments and preparation contract documentation. Strong understanding of governance, risk management and value-for-money principles.
