Proven ability in delivering pre-contract and procurement activities. Sound knowledge of the Public Procurement Act 2023 and public sector procurement compliance requirements. Experienced in tender evaluation, commercial assessments and preparation contract documentation. Strong understanding of governance, risk management and value-for-money principles. Effective stakeholder manager, working collaboratively with project teams, consultants and contractors. Able to provide immediate commercial support to ensure efficient and compliant project delivery.

Undertake comprehensive building surveys of disrepair claims and the production of detailed expert witness reports for use in the legal process. Self-employed work, so this provides the opportunity for part-time or full-time. It is essential that candidates are MRICS qualified with 3 years + PQE.
