We are currently working with a leading main contractor delivering a RC Frame residential new build project comprising of 1100 units looking for a Quantity Surveyor to work alongside a Commercial Manager. The scheme is at the early stages with project completion due 2028. Key Responsibilities Commercial management of the project from site through to final account. Procurement and management of subcontract packages. Preparation and submission of valuations, variations, and payment applications. Cost reporting, forecasting, and budget control.
