Our client is looking for a Building Surveyor to be based in Manchester. We are seeking a temporary Surveyor to support our Housing Services team, with a key focus on HHSRS assessments, damp and mould investigations, disrepair works and preparation for Awaabs Law requirements. The successful candidate will undertake inspections, diagnose building defects, manage remedial works, oversee contractors and support compliance activities across our housing stock. Applicants should have surveying experience within housing, repairs, maintenance or asset management alongside strong knowledge of HHSRS, damp and mould management and relevant housing legislation. Key responsibilities include: Undertaking property inspections, surveys and technical assessments. Identifying and managing HHSRS hazards, damp, mould and condensation issues.
