Interim Disrepair Building Surveyor 400 per day (Inside IR35) 6-Month Contract Hybrid Working Immediate Start We are working with a large social housing provider seeking an experienced Interim Disrepair Building Surveyor to manage a varied caseload of disrepair claims across a residential property portfolio. Key Responsibilities Manage disrepair cases from inspection through to resolution. Undertake property inspections and diagnose building defects. Produce technical reports and specifications for remedial works. Manage contractors, project delivery, budgets, and quality assurance.
