Senior Quantity Surveyor required in Howden/DN14 - this is a freelance requirement with approximately 6 months' work. Start date is ASAP - I am ideally looking for someone who is immediately available, or available within the next week or so at the very latest. Scope of works is construction of a new road in the area, in conjunction with two existing roundabouts and two additional new roundabouts. An SQS is required to clear a backlog of BoQ's and cost valuations. The ideal candidate will have substantial NEC Contract experience, in addition to the commercial management of civil engineering/highways/drainage projects. Senior Quantity Surveyor Civil Engineering Teesside Live Project + ECI Highways & Travel Infrastructure We're looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support across two civil engineering schemes on Teesside. You'll initially take a key commercial role with a particular focus on capturing, substantiating and recovering change on a live project, while also supporting the ECI phase of a new project, which shall lead through to the constriuctioin phase and delivery.
