Quantity Surveyor - Infrastructure Role Overview The Quantity Surveyor is responsible for driving financial performance, managing risk, and overseeing commercial governance on complex infrastructure projects. Working closely with operational site teams, clients, and Joint Venture/Alliance partners, this role ensures rigorous cost control, accurate forecasting, and effective contract management under standard civil engineering contracts. Key Responsibilities Financial Performance & Governance Produce accurate monthly Cost Value Reconciliations (CVRs), cash flow forecasts, and commercial plans across projects and business units. Utilize Earned Value Management (EVM) and detailed cost analysis to track project profitability and expenditure.
