We are looking for a proactive, well organised Technical Manager to join our small, friendly team. You will be primarily responsible for supporting the technical team to ensure design and construction techniques along with best practice guidance are maintained across the association. This includes undertaking audits of contracting and independent surveyor members, as well as carrying out audits of other specialist contractors and their work as required.
Other duties will include the risk management of below ground structures to relevant and current standards for the provision of latent defects insurance. This is an exciting role for someone who has good attention to detail, is people focused and able to work in a changing and fast-paced environment.
