Experienced Painting Quantity Surveyor Location : Derby, Derbyshire Salary : Competitive Job Type : Full Time, Permanent Responsibilities As a Quantity Surveyor you will actively manage all aspects of your projects from start to finish. This will involve being both office based and spending time out on your sites. General duties will include carrying out site measures for both accounting and targeting purposes, producing monthly accounts, liaising with your clients and site teams and monitoring the expenditure and values of your projects as they progress. You will also be involved in the production of Method Statements and Risk Assessments, monitoring of site programmes and work closely alongside your Contracts Manager and Site Team to ensure your projects are carried out successfully and to the required standard.
