Our Building Control service is going from strength to strength, and we are now looking to recruit a permanent Building Control Surveyor to join the team. This is an exciting time to be involved in Building Control, our current projects include Gainsborough Town Centre regeneration with a new cinema, prestigious housing developments, multi-storey apartments and every kind of domestic extension and alteration you could think of. Vacancy for a Senior or Registered Building Inspector Powys County Council Building Control are looking to recruit a Registered Building Inspector (RBI) at either Senior or Domestic/General level to cover the north of the County. Based in the Heart of Wales around the Newtown/Welshpool area the post will work alongside an established team of registered building inspectors carrying out the full range of restricted activities and functions relating to building regulations and enforcement .
