Class 3 Registered Building Inspector – Contract – Greater Manchester
Location: Greater Manchester Contract: Long-Term Rolling Contract Rate: £80–£90 per hour Hours: 2–3 Days per Week
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Class 3 Registered Building Inspector to join a Local Authority Building Control team in Greater Manchester on a flexible part-time contract basis.
This role would suit a highly experienced Class 3 RBI seeking a contract that offers genuine flexibility and autonomy. The successful candidate will oversee a portfolio of approximately 4–5 Higher-Risk Building (HRB) projects , managing their own diary and workload whilst ensuring projects progress in line with Building Regulations and Building Safety Act requirements.
