Based in a commercial office and reporting directly to the Business Manager you will be required to perform a variety of surveying functions within a small team. The Role & Responsibilities: Review project plans, specifications, and drawings to determine the scope of work and materials required for brickwork projects. Collaborate with main contractors to gather necessary information for accurate cost estimation. Prepare detailed cost estimates and proposals for projects, including labour, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs. Analyse project specifications and requirements to identify potential risks and opportunities. Conduct site visits to assess project conditions and gather additional information for accurate cost estimation.
