A great opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor is now available to join a well-established Main Contractor based in Tayside. You will be joining a company who have built an excellent reputation across the industry on a variety of construction projects over many successful years. This role would either suit a seasoned Senior Quantity Surveyor or an established Quantity Surveyor who is looking for the next step in their career. Responsibilities: Measure, price, negotiate and agree budgets and costs for variations to project scope. Ensure every projects is delivered on time and within budget. Liaise with Commercial/ Project Management. Ensure accurate costs and resolve any issues when necessary. Produce and maintain up to date records. Visit sites.
