The Role: As Quantity Surveyor, you will: Provide quantity surveying support across a range of civil engineering projects, including but not limited to: road and highway construction, drainage and flood mitigation schemes, utilities infrastructure projects, groundworks and earthworks, site development and remediation. Assist in the preparation of cost estimates, tender documents, and contract negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers. Monitor project costs, track variations, and identify cost-saving opportunities. Prepare and manage payment schedules and claims. Ensure compliance with all relevant contractual obligations and industry standards. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and site managers to ensure effective cost control and project delivery.
