Our clients is looking for a Quantity Surveyor on a freelance basis to join their team working on a major Tunnelling & Civils scheme in Porthmadog North Wales. They are looking for a QS who can oversee Sub Contractor Accounts, Issue Payments, Applications for Payments, Compensation Events and CVRs/Cost Reporting. The role is to be based at their site offices 5 days a week and is for an initial 3 months with it likely to be extended after Christmas. Rate is negotiable and is Outside IR35. Again fully appreciate due to the location and it being 5 days on site this is a hard one to source however if you are interested, please do get in touch!

Our client, a top Principle Contractor are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their Commercial Team on a major Tunnelling and Infrastructre scheme in North Wales. Based from site offices (5 days per week) daily duties will include Sub Contractor Account Management, Issuing Payments, Applications for Payments, Compensation Events and Cost Reporting. To be considered for this, you will have a minimum of an HNC in Quantity Surveying and will have solid all round Civil Engineering exposure to your name gaained with Main Contractors. In return, an immediate start is on offer with a top day rate and work that will go until at least December 2026 and likely beyond.
