Our client is currently seeking an experienced Building Surveyor for the South Wales region. You will mainly deal with property reinstatement, with projects ranging from £50k to £5m. The Role Lead projects to reinstate commercial properties after damage. Attend site to carry out technical assessments and the investigation of claims. Determine causation / defect diagnosis and policy liability. Decline claims where appropriate. Determine nature and extent of damage.
