Position: Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor Location: Hybrid Working from Home & Site Day rate: £425-£475 per day Main Contractor looking for Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor Long term assignment Our client is a Tier 2 main contractor who currently enjoy a turnover of c£100 million, delivering primarily New Build projects around the UK. They predominately operate within select business sectors including Leisure, Logistics & Distribution, Multi-room & Stadia. They generally deliver projects ranging in value from £5million up to £30million and a negotiate the majority of their projects secured. The Owners are keen to further develop and strengthen their Commercial Team with introduction of experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor. This has been instigated with several new projects being secured on a negotiated and competitive basis. Senior Quantity Surveyor - Earthworks Our client is an established UK Earthworks Contractor with ambitious plans for continued growth across the UK. They are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to commercially lead a major earthworks package on a significant power infrastructure project in the North of Scotland . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in earthworks , ideally gained working directly for an Earthworks Contractor. Candidates from a Main Contractor background will also be considered where they have commercially managed significant earthworks packages. NEC experience is essential , along with the ability to lead the commercial function through to final account.
