Appoint is recruiting for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join an established Civil Engineering contractor based in Exeter. This is an office-based role in Exeter, working closely with the commercial and operational teams.

This is an office-based role in Exeter, working closely with the commercial and operational teams.
The Role:
- Commercial management of civil engineering projects under NEC4 contracts.
- Managing valuations, applications for payment, compensation events and final accounts.
- Subcontractor procurement, management and payments.
- Preparing cost forecasts, CVRs and commercial reports.
- Managing commercial risks and opportunities to maximise project profitability.
- Working closely with project managers and site teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor working for a Civil Engineering contractor.
- Strong working knowledge and practical experience of NEC4 contracts.
- Experience delivering civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
- Strong commercial awareness, contractual knowledge and communication skills.
- Water or wastewater infrastructure experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
- £70,000 to £85,000 + Package.
- Over five years of secured work across Devon.
- Long-term stability with an established and growing contractor.
- Permanent, office-based role in Exeter.
