The Role
You'll take ownership of a varied workload across:
Dilapidations (tenant & landlord)
Technical Due Diligence
Contract administration & project management
Schedules of condition
Party wall & neighbourly matters
Pre-acquisition surveys
Reinstatement cost assessments
Strategic client advisory
You will be trusted with managing your own clients, delivering high-quality work, and shaping the continued growth of the Birmingham office.

Ideally MRICS, though capability and track record are equally important
