Job Description
Looking to speak to commercial driven Quantity Surveyors, based near Ashford in Kent, where you play a key role in delivering civils, rail and infrastructure projects,
You will be responsible for managing all commercial aspects of projects from procurement through to final account, working closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, interim, and final valuations, payment applications, reconciliations, and cost assessments for contracts, subcontractors, suppliers, and specialists.
- Manage the commercial team and support tender preparation.
- Produce accurate and timely valuations, cost forecasts, and cash flows, ensuring effective financial control of contract variations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, representing the company at meetings as required.
- Procure and place subcontract work packages in line with the procurement schedule.
They are are looking for a QS with experience on Rail Maintenance experience or on other civil maintenance project. Looking for someone with a QS Degree or equivalent.
Salary is £50000- £60000 + Pkg.
