Job Description
Pinnacle are looking for a Quantity Surveyor for a Tier 1 Contractor, who operates within the Rail space for a role based in Leeds.
Duties:
- Manage all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects
- Perform risk, value management, and cost control
- Monitor project progress and prepare reports on project performance
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants
- Ensure compliance with all legal and quality standards legal and quality standards
About You.
Looking for a Quantity surveyor who has ideally worked within Rail on Civils or Depots, but also happy to speak with Quantity Surveyors that have a background within the Civils space.
Salary Up-to £50,000k + allowance and package.
