An established and growing multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy is seeking a Chartered Structural Engineer to join their London team at Associate or Associate Director level.

The Role
The successful candidate will play a key role in leading structural engineering projects, managing teams, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:

Leading the structural design and delivery of complex building projects

Managing project teams and mentoring junior engineers

Acting as a senior technical lead within the structural engineering team

Developing and maintaining strong client relationships

Supporting business development and project bidding activities

Contributing to the growth and strategic direction of the team
Requirements

Chartered Structural Engineer (CEng) MIStructE or MICE
-
Strong background in structural engineering consultancy

Proven experience delivering projects within sectors such as residential, commercial, mixed-use or regeneration

Experience leading project teams and mentoring engineers

Strong client-facing skills and commercial awareness

Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality outcomes
