Quantity Surveyor - Main Contractor Construction
We are working with a well-established main contractor with a strong pipeline of work across Yorkshire, who are looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business with a solid reputation for delivering high-quality projects across a varied portfolio including commercial, education, healthcare and residential schemes.
The Role:
- Full commercial management of projects from pre-construction through to final account
- Procurement and management of subcontract packages
- Cost reporting, valuations, and financial forecasting
- Working closely with site and project teams to ensure successful delivery
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a main contracting environment
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects or packages simultaneously
- Ideally degree qualified (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying or similar
