Quantity Surveyor
North London
Salary: Up to £65,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus
An established residential developer is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of a large-scale regeneration scheme in North London.
You will take commercial responsibility for a phase of approximately 200 residential units, playing a key role in ensuring financial performance and cost control across the project.
This is an opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to work for a company that offers regular progression opportunities and I will help you every step of the way to become a Senior Quantity Surveyor.
The Role as a Quantity Surveyor:
- Manage project budgets, cost reporting, and financial performance
- Procure and oversee contractor and subcontractor packages
- Carry out tender analysis and ensure best value delivery
- Administer contracts, including valuations and variations
- Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities
- Work closely with internal teams to support project delivery
About You as a Quantity Surveyor:
- Experience in residential or mixed-use developments (high-rise preferred)
- Strong commercial and contract management knowledge
- Confident managing packages and working with stakeholders
- Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or similar
