Are you a Lead/Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to join a well-established UK service and maintenance provider known for delivering high-quality work across a wide range of projects nationwide?

With projects primarily based across Liverpool, Manchester and surrounding areas, you will mainly be based in the head office playing a key role in building and developing a team, including mentoring future Quantity Surveyors and supporting recruitment with a clear pathway for progression into a more senior leadership position.
Experience / Qualifications Required:
- Proven track record of Quantity Surveying ideally 7-8 years post grad experience
- Academically Qualified with a BSc Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- Confident, commercially astute with good communication skills able to negotiate and manage subcontractors effectively
Salary & Package on offer:
- Up to 60,000 plus Car
- Up to 25% bonus
