Structural Engineer

A fantastic opportunity has become available to join a well-regarded, design led engineering consultancy as a Structural Project Engineer within their expanding team.

This consultancy has built a strong reputation for delivering creative, efficient and sustainable engineering solutions across a variety of sectors. With a collaborative approach at its core, you'll be working closely with architects, developers and fellow engineers on a range of high-quality projects across the UK.

The Role
As a Structural Project Engineer, you will:

• Take ownership of structural design packages from concept through to construction
• Manage your own projects, ensuring delivery aligns with programme, budget and quality standards
• Liaise with clients, architects and other consultants throughout all design stages
• Carry out structural analysis and design using industry-standard software
• Prepare and review technical drawings, reports and specifications
• Provide support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians where needed
• Attend and contribute to client and design team meetings
• Play a part in delivering innovative and sustainable engineering solutions

About You
We are looking for someone who:

• Holds a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Has experience working within a UK consultancy environment
• Is working towards Chartered status (IStructE/ICE)
• Has a solid understanding of UK design standards and Eurocodes
• Has experience managing projects or leading elements of design delivery
• Is confident communicating with clients and multidisciplinary teams
• Enjoys working within a collaborative, design-focused environment
