The Role
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing project costs from inception through to completion
  • Preparing cost plans, estimates, and tender documentation
  • Administering contracts and managing variations
  • Carrying out valuations and agreeing final accounts
  • Working closely with clients, contractors, and design teams
  • Supporting procurement strategies and supply chain engagement
  • Ensuring projects are delivered within budget and commercially successful

The Ideal Candidate
The successful Quantity Surveyor will have:

  • Proven experience in a Quantity Surveying role within consultancy or contractor environment
  • Experience working on projects in the region of 5m- 15m
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts and commercial processes
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a small team
  • A proactive and professional approach with strong attention to detail
  • Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
