I'm working with a well-established main contractor who is looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their North East commercial team.

This is a standout opportunity for someone who is ambitious and wants a genuine, structured pathway into a Commercial Manager position.

You'll take responsibility for the commercial management of key projects from pre-construction through to final account, working closely with operational teams and senior leadership.

You'll be trusted to lead your own schemes while also playing a key role in mentoring junior staff and supporting wider commercial strategy.
