The Opportunity
A well-established, privately-owned residential contractor is looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team in Farnham. You ll take the lead commercially on multiple high-end projects, working closely with senior leadership while maintaining autonomy.
This is a hands-on role where you ll manage procurement, valuations, cost control, and client relationships acting as the commercial lead on your schemes. You ll initially oversee two live projects, giving you immediate responsibility and impact.

• 5+ years Quantity Surveying experience
• Background in high-spec / prime residential preferred
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to run projects independently
• Confident with procurement, reporting, and client interaction
