Job Description
A construction consultancy specialising in Project Management and Quantity Surveying is seeking an APC-level Quantity Surveyor to work alongside their lead Quantity Surveyor.
The Quantity Surveyor's Role
The successful Quantity Surveyor shall be joining a close-knit QS team that primarily works with healthcare clients to deliver a broad range of projects, including offices, car parks, medical centres, and healthcare facilities across London and the Home Counties, with project values up to 30 million.
The successful Quantity Surveyor will support the lead Quantity Surveyor with the day to day running of projects, as well as having your own projects to run. There will also be an element of attending client sites.
The Quantity Surveyor
- Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
- Based in Hertfordshire / surrounding area
- 3+ years quantity surveying experience
- Preferably worked within a PQS / Consultancy practice
- Aiming to sit your APC interview in the next 6-12 months
- Any healthcare project experience would be a plus
