Job Description

An ambitious and forward-thinking Construction Consultancy are seeking a Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor who is eager to step into a more senior position moving forward.

The Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor's role

Joining the companies London office, the Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor shall work alongside the Technical Director on matters relating to the M&E aspect of projects within the data centre, industrial, and logistic sectors.

Alongside delivering pre and post contract, M&E services, the new Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor will help manage the team of four and also support the day to day running of the cost management, London function.

The Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor

  • MRICS or similar
  • Strong M&E / MEP Quantity Surveying background
  • Preferably worked as a M&E Quantity Surveyor for a PQS/Consultancy
  • Excellent pre contract knowledge
  • Good client facing and management skills
