The Role
As a Senior Building Surveyor, you ll deliver a broad range of surveying and project management services across a varied and engaging portfolio. Projects span sectors including education, commercial, retail, and care, offering both scale and diversity.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering a full range of professional building surveying services
- Managing refurbishment and improvement projects from inception through to completion
- Acting as lead consultant and primary point of contact for clients
- Preparing specifications, reports, and technical documentation
- Undertaking contract administration and project management duties
- Working closely with internal teams and external consultants
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely, compliantly, and to a high standard
The Ideal Candidate
We re looking for an experienced and confident Chartered Building Surveyor who can demonstrate:
- MRICS status (essential)
- Proven experience delivering professional services and project management
- Strong technical knowledge of refurbishment and asset improvement works
- CAD proficiency
- Revit experience (desirable, not essential)
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in client-facing settings
- A proactive, collaborative, and solutions-led approach
