Project Quantity Surveyor
Location: Cumbria (Hybrid Working + Project Travel)
Salary: Up to £75,000 (Negotiable)
We are working with a well-established consultancy delivering large-scale NEC4 projects across the power, energy, renewables, civils, oil & gas, and pharmaceutical sectors. They are looking to appoint an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of high-value, technically complex schemes, working with leading clients across these industries.
This role offers the opportunity to work within long-term frameworks, gain exposure across multiple sectors, and progress within a business that places a strong emphasis on professional development.
The Role:
- Commercial management of major projects under NEC contracts
- Working across a diverse portfolio including energy, infrastructure, and industrial schemes
- Involvement throughout the full project lifecycle
- Close collaboration with project and operational teams

Requirements:
- Experience working as a Project Quantity Surveyor
- Strong knowledge of NEC contracts
- Background in infrastructure, energy, civils, or similar sectors preferred
- Ability to manage the commercial aspects of complex projects
