From complex refurbishments to heritage restorations and project recovery - no two days are the same.

The role

You'll operate across both Building Surveying and Project Management, giving you a varied and engaging workload.

Day-to-day, you'll:

  • Lead projects from feasibility through to completion
  • Act as the primary client contact
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and risk
  • Carry out surveys, inspections, and technical assessments
  • Produce specifications, reports, and tender documentation
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and consultants
  • Support design, procurement, and construction phases
  • Help resolve challenges on complex or underperforming projects

What we're looking for:

You're proactive, personable, and confident taking ownership.

You'll ideally have:

  • 3+ years' experience in Building Surveying
  • Background in a consultancy environment
  • Exposure to both project and professional services
  • Knowledge of pre- and post-contract duties
  • APC achieved or in progress
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills
  • Flexibility to attend site when required
