An opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a busy commercial team, managing costs across multiple residential conversion and refurbishment projects from initial feasibility through to final account.

• Cost planning, budgeting and reporting
• Managing valuations, variations and final accounts
• Subcontractor procurement and commercial management
• Supporting project delivery to ensure cost efficiency

• Experience as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor within construction
• Background in residential, refurbishment or D&B projects (desirable)
• Strong commercial awareness and communication skills
