A well established construction consultancy is looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its growing Manchester team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well respected consultancy with a long standing reputation in the market and a strong pipeline of secured public sector and commercial projects across the North West.
The Manchester office delivers a diverse range of schemes across:
- Public sector
- Commercial
- Defence
- Government estate
- Infrastructure related projects
The Senior Quantity Surveyor role will involve:
- Pre and post contract Quantity Surveying duties
- Client facing project delivery
- Cost management across multiple live projects
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members
- Working closely with Project Management and wider consultancy teams
- Building and maintaining long term client relationships
The ideal Senior Quantity Surveyor will have:
- Consultancy Quantity Surveying experience
- Strong public sector project exposure
- Experience delivering projects from inception through to completion
- Good client facing and communication skills
- MRICS qualification preferred but not essential
