Construction Project Manager
Location: Richmond Upon Thames
Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum

Our client is looking for an experienced and hardworking Construction Project Manager to work on a project based in West London and is accessible by transport links.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing progress of the construction site on a day-to-day basis from initial phases to handover.
- Ensuring all aspects of the project are delivered on time, within budget as well as to the required quality standards.
- Managing client relationships through regular communication.
- Effectively managing client relationships, coordinating a variety of teams, both internal and external teams and mitigating risks.
Position Requirements
- Previous experience in a project manager - fit out role in the industry to be knowledgeable of the required processes.
- Strong leadership skills and prior management skills are essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication as well as problem solving skills under pressure
- A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field and/or relevant experience.
- Proficient in key management software, strong financial acumen and experience managing project budgets.
- Experience in Fit Out projects, Shell & Core Projects and Design & Build contracts
