Overview
We are looking for someone with an interest in maritime engineering to join our technical teams in the Maritime Engineering Group. This apprenticeship focuses on supporting technical projects related to ship and submarine hydrodynamics, including stability, seakeeping, manoeuvring, and propulsion. The role involves working in QinetiQ's large hydrodynamic facilities and using industry standard or bespoke software tools.

- Some experience of data analysis. Programming experience (Matlab, Python, etc.) would be nice but is not required.

- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver customer requirements and provide innovative solutions.
- Ensure work is conducted safely, highlighting hazards and unsafe practices to the Team Lead.

Qualifications
- Level 6 Manufacturing Engineer Apprenticeship.
- Obtained or predicted 3 A Levels, including mathematics and preferably a technology subject.
- Five GCSEs at grade C/4, including Maths, Science, English Language and two other subjects.

Security & Eligibility
