Building Surveyor
Salary: £32,000 - £35,000

About the RoleConstruo Recruitment is working in partnership with a well established consultancy to recruit a Building Surveyor.
You will be joining a team delivering projects across a diverse range of sectors, including education, commercial, healthcare, and care environments. This role offers excellent exposure to varied workstreams and the opportunity to develop your career within a supportive and professional team.
You will play a key role in delivering surveying services across multiple projects, contributing to both technical and client facing aspects of delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and negotiate schedules of dilapidations
- Produce detailed schedules of works
- Undertake contract administration duties across projects
- Assess rebuild costs for insurance purposes
- Support and deliver planned maintenance programmes
- Work collaboratively with clients and internal teams across multiple sectors
- Degree qualified in Building Surveying or equivalent
- Strong understanding of core building surveying services
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage workload across multiple projects
- Keen to develop professionally within the industry
- Competitive salary between £32,000 - £35,000
