Quantity Surveyor

Our client, a well-established main contractor, is recruiting for 1-2 Quantity Surveyors to support their upcoming £90 million scheme in South Wales - immediate mobilisation!

The Role: You will work within a dynamic commercial team on this flagship project, handling day-to-day QS responsibilities with opportunities for rapid development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Measurement, valuation, and cost control
• Subcontractor administration and payments
• Change management and variations
• Assisting with cost reporting and forecasting

Requirements:

• Proven QS experience in construction (main contracting preferred)
• Good understanding of standard forms of contract
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Degree/HNC in Quantity Surveying or related field
